Yoga with Elizabeth: All-Levels Yoga and Meditation

Join Elizabeth for this all-levels, donation based yoga class every Tuesday evening from 5:30-6:30. With over 16 years of yoga teaching experience, Elizabeth's classes are known to help practitioners develop mobility and endurance, as well as a deep sense of calm. Poses are offered with many variations so students can move at their own pace while learning how to challenge themselves in ways most appropriate to their needs. Every class is an exploration of breath, movement, and meditation.
